Privacy Policy

Information we collect

• Account info from Google Sign-In: your name, email address, and profile photo.
• Trading account info your EA reports itself: account number, broker name, server, trading symbol, and whether it's a demo account — never your broker login/password, which the EA never transmits.
• Trading statistics needed for billing: balance, equity, and realized profit, reported periodically by your own EA instance.
• Payment records: invoice amounts and Cryptomus transaction identifiers. We never see or store your card or wallet private keys.
• For referral payouts only: full legal name, address, and a government ID number/image, collected once for identity verification before your first payout.
• Support messages you send us.

Why we collect it

To operate your license, calculate and bill profit-share fees, verify cent-account status, process referral payouts, prevent fraud (e.g. license reuse across accounts), and respond to support requests.

Who we share it with

• Google — for sign-in only.
• Cryptomus — to process cryptocurrency payments.
• Firebase (Google) — to deliver push notifications, if you enable them.
• Email delivery provider — to send support and account emails.

Data retention

We keep account and billing records as long as your account is active and as needed to satisfy legal, tax, and dispute-resolution obligations afterward.

Security

License keys are unique per account and signed per-request (HMAC) rather than transmitted as plain secrets. Identity-verification documents are stored separately from routine account data and are only accessible to authorized reviewers.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account through Support. Some records (e.g. billing history) may be retained where we have a legal obligation to keep them.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
